In the rolling hills of southeastern Ohio a new and unique natural community is being developed by Wolf Run Communities. The foothills of the Appalachian Mountains are an ideal setting for this exciting new development concept catering to active, environmentally responsible adults.

From the championship Golf Course at Wolf Run to the state-of-the-art Spa and Fitness Center and the HealthZone USA alternative health clinic, members of the community will have easy access to some of the best amenities available anywhere.

The community will be geared toward adults of all ages with special attention to creating a comfortable and safe environment for the growing baby boomer generation as they come to retirement. Homes will be designed with both permanent and seasonal residents in mind.

The project will be approached in five phases. The property to be developed has a number of high-quality existing structures that will be easily adapted for use in all phases of the project. For instance, a portion of the existing office building will be converted to the HealthZone USA clinic. The balance of the office building will be used for project executive offices. Eventually we anticipate that HealthZone USA will take over the entire building.

A beautifully-built, existing stone and stucco structure will be converted to The Spa at Wolf Run. Other existing barns and maintenance buildings will be used by the developers during construction and then converted to facilities for use in conjunction with the golf course and community maintenance. Finally there is an elegant manor house and a charming guest house which can have multiple uses, such as luxury Bed & Breakfast and temporary Club House.

 

Golf Center

 

 

The 18 hole championship Golf Course at Wolf Run will wind its way through valleys and hillsides. The course will be designed by nationally recognized golf course architects and engineers to appeal to golfers at all levels of play and yet be challenging and rewarding for those at the top of their game.

The course will be designed and maintained as naturally as possible in keeping with our goal of developing an environmentally friendly community. The use of numerous existing natural springs for water features and irrigation, and the use of the natural contours of the hillsides will further enhance the natural setting.

The Clubhouse will be built with full facilities: pro shop, locker rooms, snack bar and cafe, game room, media center, meeting / banquet rooms and a full service restaurant .

 

The Golf Center at Wolf Run and the Wolf Run Natural Lifestyle Village will be planned and developed together in order to harmonize with the natural environment to maximize the beauty and ambiance of the course and community. This will create the greatest value for homeowners as well as a high level of enjoyment for golfers as they play the course.

 

 

 

 

 

The Village at Wolf Run

Gated and fully maintained, The Village at Wolf Run will offer a combination of attached Golf Villas and individual Homes. Quality built homes will range from $200,000 to $450,000 for most homes with 1,400 to 3,600 square feet per residence. Generally using factory system-built, modular construction we will be assured of the highest quality control and rapid assembly on location. A few home sites will be reserved for individually designed luxury homes. This will be a fully planned community designed with convenient, carefree and energy efficient living in mind.

 

 

The Spa and Fitness Center at Wolf Run

Simultaneous with the planning and development of the Golf Center, construction will begin on The Spa and Fitness Center at Wolf Run. The spa will offer massage therapy, reflexology, facials and numerous other types of body work and holistic treatments. Eventually the Spa will incorporate a full hair and nail salon. The existing high quality structure will be converted easily to provide treatment rooms, whirlpool, steam and sauna. An addition will be added for bathrooms and locker room facilities. After the initial conversion is made a swimming pool and other amenities will be added as well as additional treatment and fitness facilities. The fitness center will be run in conjunction with the Golf Center at Wolf Run and the Spa will offer special treatments for golfers.

 

 

Initially the Spa will be a Day Spa, but eventually, the Spa may become an overnight destination spa when enough guest rooms are available. Long term plans will include the construction of The Inn at Wolf Run.

 

 

 

Phase IV - The Inn at Wolf Run

For many years guests have enjoyed the personal hospitality at QB Ranch. From hiking or horseback riding through the scenic hills, playing squash or basketball, to swimming and the sauna and whirlpool, outdoor activities abound. Quiet surrounds guests who wish to sit and read or nap on the front porch. When coming indoors guests have usually headed for the game room offering billiards or darts or an opportunity to watch a movie or just curl up in front of the fireplace.

 

 

 

Overnight guests have enjoyed lovely accommodations over the years. Now the main house and guest house will be a Luxury Bed and Breakfast for clients of the HealthZone Clinic. Client guests and their families will receive attentive personal service and warm country hospitality.

Expansion of the QB Ranch into destination retreat for golf and personal enhancement will require the addition of The Inn at Wolf Run for overnight guests. Utilizing the same factory system-built modular construction as we will use in the home development, we will be able to complete the Inn at a modest cost while offering guests the utmost in luxury accommodations and amenities. The Inn will enable us to offer overnight golf and spa packages

 

Phase V - The HealthZone USA Clinic & Research Center

HealthZone USA will open its first Clinic and Research Center in the US in 2007 to offer complementary and alternative medical therapies, including oxygen/ozone therapy. Widely available in Europe, oxygen/ozone therapy offers highly effective treatment for viral diseases, degenerative disease, heart disease, immune diseases such as hepatitis infection and severe gum and dental disease.

Fully staffed by qualified licensed medical personnel under the supervision of trained physicians, the clinic will, in addition to ozone therapy, offer chelation and infusion therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture and other holistic, alternative and complementary therapies.

MSTC, HealthZone USA’s parent company will conduct research at the clinic on its proprietary medical oxygen/ozone delivery devices. After the patents are perfected these devices MSTC and HealthZone USA will market them both in the USA and internationally.

The HealthZone USA Clinic will be established in an existing office building. With relatively inexpensive modifications, the space can be converted to accommodate our requirements and to establish easier access for disabled and elderly clients.
